Sarajevo Airport is small and has no large rental car park like bigger European airports. Our office is less than ten minutes on foot from the terminal, around 1.3 km away. You do not have to walk it — that is a fallback, not the offer, because airport delivery is free either way.
If you are picking up at the terminal, we bring the car to the car park in front of arrivals and hand it over there. If it suits you better, come to the office and take it from us directly. The price is the same either way, because we do not charge for delivery to the airport.

The flight number and date are all we really need. With those we track the landing and you do not have to call us when you arrive.
Send a message once you have your bags. If the flight is late, do nothing — we can already see it.
The car is in the car park outside the terminal. We walk around it together and record its condition on the handover sheet.
Contract, deposit, and the car is yours. You get the roadside assistance number before you drive off.
We work 24 hours a day, every day, so a three in the morning pickup is not a problem and carries no surcharge. All we ask is that it is arranged in advance, so the driver is in place when you come out.
The same goes for the return. If your flight is at five in the morning, we either hand the car back the evening before or at the terminal itself before departure. Give us the return flight number and we settle it at booking.

For one or two people with light luggage, a city car is enough. For a group or a family with a lot of luggage, take one of our vans, seating up to nine — that is also the most common choice for airport transfers. Every car in the fleet is automatic.

If you left a flight number, a delay is not your problem. We track the status and the driver comes later. If the flight is cancelled, tell us as soon as you have a new time and we move the booking at no charge.
No. Delivery and collection at Sarajevo Airport is free, 24 hours a day. For pickup at another location, tell us the address and time when you book and we will confirm what is possible.
Yes. We agree the place and time, ideally at booking if you already know your return flight. Returning at the airport is also free.
No. You confirm the booking without a card, and pay the deposit and rental price in cash or by debit card when you pick up the car.
Yes, if you tell us when booking. We prepare the green card and the owner's authorisation, without which you can be turned back at the border. It cannot be sorted out at the handover.
