Rental terms

Everything below applies to every rental. The full conditions are gone through and signed when you collect the car, so nothing arrives as a surprise at the end.

Deposit

  • The deposit is EUR 200 (400 KM).
  • It is refunded in full once the vehicle is returned undamaged and in the condition it was collected in.
  • The deposit is not an advance payment and does not reduce the rental price.

Booking and payment

  • No credit card is required to book.
  • A booking is confirmed by phone or message, with nothing paid up front.
  • The rental is paid on collection, in cash or by debit card.

Collection and return

  • Delivery and collection are free at Sarajevo Airport (SJJ).
  • We are available 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
  • For pickup at another location, give us the address and time when booking and we will agree the terms.

The vehicle

  • Every vehicle in the fleet has an automatic gearbox, at no extra charge.
  • Mileage within Bosnia and Herzegovina is unlimited.
  • Taking the vehicle out of the country requires a Green Card and written consent, which we prepare on request — tell us when you book.

Do I need a credit card to book?

No. Your booking is confirmed by phone or message, no card and no advance payment required. Payment is made when you pick up the car, in cash or by bank card.

How much is the deposit and when is it refunded?

The deposit is €200 (400 KM). It is refunded in full once you return the car undamaged and in the condition you picked it up in.

Do you deliver the car to the airport?

Yes, and free of charge. Delivery to Sarajevo Airport (SJJ) is free, and our office is less than 10 minutes on foot from the terminal. If your flight is delayed, we track it and arrive based on the actual landing time.

Do you deliver the car to another address in Sarajevo?

We can, but it is arranged when you book — tell us the address and time and we will confirm whether it works and on what terms. Free delivery applies to Sarajevo Airport.

Are all the vehicles automatic?

Yes. The entire fleet has automatic transmission, at no extra cost.

Do you have a vehicle for a larger group?

We have vans with up to nine seats — Mercedes-Benz Vito and VW Transporter Caravelle. Let us know how many of you there are and how much luggage you have, and we will suggest the right one.

Can I take the car out of Bosnia and Herzegovina?

It can be arranged, with cross-border paperwork and a green card. Let us know in advance which countries you are travelling to so we can prepare everything in time.

Do you offer rental with a driver?

Yes. A driver is available for airport transfers, full-day hire and day trips around Bosnia and Herzegovina. The price is calculated per route or per day.

How far in advance should I book?

The earlier the better, especially in summer. But get in touch even for the same day — our fleet is small, so we can check availability quickly.
