A residential district, not a destination
Dobrinja is dense housing, built as the athletes' village for the 1984 Olympics and now one of the largest residential parts of the city. There are no hotels and no tourist attractions here, so the reason for renting is different from the centre.
Most enquiries from here come from people who live here or are staying with family: the diaspora coming home for a fortnight, people whose own car is being serviced, and families who need something bigger for a trip. Rarely a one-day hire, more often a week or longer.
Being next to the airport genuinely helps
From Dobrinja you are at the terminal in a few minutes without entering city traffic. For an early flight that means not getting up an hour earlier to allow for an unpredictable drive across town.
A practical arrangement for guests here: take the car at the airport at the start of the stay — delivery there is free — and we work out pickup at your address in Dobrinja separately once you tell us the address and time.
Long-term hire
If you are in Sarajevo for a while, a monthly rental pays off here more often than elsewhere. The arithmetic is simple: the daily rate over thirty days is much lower than over three, and there is no registration, no servicing and no worrying about winter tyres.
For rentals over seven days we quote a separate rate, with a replacement car and servicing on us.
