Business hire asks for different things
Nobody here asks for the cheapest car. They ask for a car they can pull up in front of a building with a client in it, and they ask for it to be ready at an exact time, because the day is built around meetings.
That usually means the Audi A6, the business saloon in our fleet, comfortable over longer distances. When you are collecting a larger group or a delegation, a van is often the more practical answer than several separate cars.
When a driver beats a rental
If you have three meetings at three addresses in one day, a driver is almost always cheaper than hiring. No hunting for parking in a zone that barely has any, no arriving late, and no risk of a closed street rearranging your afternoon.
The same applies when you are receiving a business guest: the driver collects them at the airport — delivery there is free — and delivers them to the hotel, without you going out there.
Invoicing to a company
If the company is paying, say so when booking rather than on the day. We prepare the paperwork in advance so the handover does not eat the time you set aside for a meeting.
For companies and for hire over seven days we quote a separate rate, with a replacement car included.
